Problem
The client had developed a powerful web app for lab technicians to match phages using FASTA files, but they lacked an entry point. You cannot simply drop a user into a complex bio-informatics tool without context. The challenge was to bridge the gap between high-level science and user onboarding—creating a space that establishes authority and explains the "why" before asking users to engage with the "how."
Solution & Experience
Attract, Educate, Redirect. We designed a landing experience that translates complex data into an accessible narrative. Through a dedicated "Phage Therapy" education hub, product showcases, and an active blog, we built a trust funnel. The site effectively warms up the user, providing the necessary background before redirecting them to the main web application to perform their clinical work.
Final thoughts
This website successfully establishes the company's online presence. It acts as a vital educational bridge, ensuring that when doctors and technicians finally enter the web app, they arrive informed, confident, and ready to use the tool.
