Problem
Despite having a powerful product, the client faced a quiet struggle: their website wasn’t telling the right story. Potential distributors were landing on the site, looking for proof of effectiveness, and leaving when they couldn't find it. The brand was losing ground to competitors who simply showed their results better. Our challenge was to stop this "lead leakage" by proving the product's value the moment a user arrived.
Solution & Experience
We approached the redesign by putting ourselves in the shoes of the distributor. Our research revealed that in this industry, seeing is believing. We curated a content strategy focused on high-fidelity "Before & After" visuals and real-world surface demonstrations to instantly bridge the trust gap. We also designed a dedicated "Partner Support" section, reassuring distributors that they would be fully supported. To bring this to life, we adopted a "Marina Instia" theme-using clean whites and sea tones to reflect the product's purity. Behind the scenes, I used a strict Auto Layout structure, which allowed us to flow effortlessly from design to Webflow, ensuring the site was shipped with both speed and precision.
Final thoughts
This project transformed the website from a static brochure into a living sales tool. By listening to the needs of the market and optimizing our technical workflow, we delivered a site that is 100% scalable and reached the finish line 2x faster. Most importantly, we gave the client a platform that turns skepticism into confidence.
